So instead of having a yoplait yogurt what you can do is eat a Greek yogurt because it is plain, unsweetened and 0% fat.




It contains just 7 grams of sugar if you were to compare it with the 33 grams of sugar that the yoplait yogurt contains.

Another thing that people eat for their lunch that they think is healthy is a sandwich or a roll with deli meat on white bread.

Regardless of what you heave heard. It is very unhealthy meal and it actually filled with sugar. Also the deli meat is also filled with sugar as well as the bread although the bread doesn't necessarily have much sugar it is still absorbed in your body the same as sugar would be so you want to avoid this kind of bread in sandwiches.

So instead you will want to have a chicken sandwich, with grilled chicken with brown rice bread.



You can get brown rice bread at any kind of whole foods store and it's a much better alternative to the white bread that most people eat.
